PEVIVA在其他領(lǐng)域的研究移植和抗宿主疾病
所有同種異體造血細胞移植的受體會患有不同程度的抗宿主疾?。℅VHD）。在移植病人術(shù)后管理方面，主要的臨床問題是從GvHD損傷到不同的宿主組織不能區(qū)分GvHD活性（可能經(jīng)得起免疫抑制治療）。
Blood (2007)發(fā)表的文章, Luft和他的同事指出血漿caspase-cleaved 角蛋白18 (文章中也被稱為角蛋白18片段”CK18F”) 是GvHD引起的內(nèi)源性上皮細胞凋亡的高靈敏，可定量的生物標志物。來自Peviva的M30 Apoptosense? ELISA檢測CK18。

敗血癥的臨床綜合征包括臨床表現(xiàn)紊亂，跟病發(fā)的位置，是否存在感染和涉及宿主的臨床綜合征都有關(guān)。 幾種嚴重敗血癥（與急性器官功能失調(diào)相關(guān)的敗血癥）發(fā)病率和敗血癥休克（與血管相關(guān)的敗血癥）每年估計在300000到750000例。 Roth et al. (2004) 證明與外科創(chuàng)傷病人還有健康人相比，敗血癥病人血清中的caspase-cleaved K18含量升高。目前還未確認這個結(jié)果的臨床意義
