說明：未預(yù)染蛋白Ladders和markers設(shè)計用于SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳（1）、NC膜、尼龍膜或PVDF膜精確鑒定蛋白的分子量大小。Unstained Protein Molecular Weight Marker是由7條天然蛋白組成的混合物，分子量范圍為14.4-116 kDa。
未預(yù)染Ladder和marker經(jīng)SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳分離后用PageBlue™ Protein Staining Solution （#R0571）、PageSilver™ Silver Staining Kit （#K0681）或其它蛋白染色方法染色顯示條帶非常窄。PageBlue™ Protein Staining Solution也可用于PVDF膜上未預(yù)染分子量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條帶的染色觀察。
組分：0.1-0.2mg/ml of each protein in 62.5mM Tris-HCl （pH7.0 at 25°C）, 1mM EDTA, 2% SDS, 50mM DTT, 30mM NaCl, 1mM NaN3, 0.01% 溴酚藍(lán)和 50% 甘油.
測試：Western雜交檢測和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳。
