【介紹】小型Trans-Blot 轉(zhuǎn)印槽組件緩沖液槽和蓋凝膠支架轉(zhuǎn)印夾電轉(zhuǎn)印模塊Bio-Ice 冷卻裝置小型Trans-Blot 轉(zhuǎn)印槽可快速、高質(zhì)量地轉(zhuǎn)印小型 凝膠。作為Mini-PROTEAN 3 電泳系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)組件， 小型Trans-Blot 轉(zhuǎn)印槽能容納2 個(gè)凝膠支架轉(zhuǎn)印夾，用 于在Mini-PROTEAN 3 電泳槽內(nèi)電轉(zhuǎn)印兩種小凝膠（Mini-PROTEAN 3 凝膠和Ready Gel 預(yù)制膠）。小型 Trans-Blot轉(zhuǎn)印槽特點(diǎn)包括： 1 小時(shí)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)印2 塊7.5 x 10 cm 凝膠；也可進(jìn)行低強(qiáng) 度的轉(zhuǎn)印 電極絲相距4cm，以產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)電場保證有效的蛋白轉(zhuǎn)印 顏色標(biāo)記的轉(zhuǎn)印夾和電極，確保轉(zhuǎn)印過程中凝膠 的正確定向 內(nèi)置Bio-Ice 冷卻裝置，快速吸收轉(zhuǎn)移過程中產(chǎn)生 的熱量 既可作為完整的獨(dú)立設(shè)備，又可作為一個(gè)模塊與 Mini-PROTEAN 3 轉(zhuǎn)印槽的緩沖液槽和蓋兼容
