全高0.2ml薄壁聚丙烯PCR聯管的反應體積為5–125l（zui多為300l）。全高(20.75mm)試管適合大多數熱循環儀。如果裝在96孔PCR管架中，則薄壁0.2ml試管可以進行離心處理，96孔PCR管架也可用于反應構建和儲存。
以8聯管或12聯管提供，用于48孔和96孔樣本模塊，可訂購各種顏色的聯管。聯管不帶蓋，可使用圓頂或平頂蓋輕松密封；使用蓋管工具可快速密封管蓋。方便的包裝將聯管和圓頂蓋置于可重新密封的袋子中，此包裝適用于透明8聯管和12聯管。
