CD80(B7-1,BB1)和CD86(B7-2,B70)是B7細胞表面配體家族的成員，可調節T細胞激活和免疫應答。CD80在激活的抗原呈遞細胞中表達，包括樹突細胞、B細胞、單核細胞和巨噬細胞。CD86在休眠單核細胞、樹突細胞、激活的B淋巴細胞中表達，在有炎癥的情況下進一步上調。CD80和CD86均為CD28的配體，CD28是一種T細胞共刺激受體。CD28與CD80或CD86的相互作用提供初始T細胞激活、T細胞增殖以及獲得效應子功能所需的第二信號。或者，CD80和CD86還是CTLA-4的配體，這會導致T細胞活性下調。

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat CD86 (rR CD86; Catalog#80025-R08H; NP_064466.1; Met1-Ile250) and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed.
