QXDx BCR-ABL %IS 試劑盒是 Bio-Rad 推出的基于 QX100/200 微滴式數(shù)字 PCR 平臺的 BCR-ABL 融合基因定量檢測試劑盒，靈敏度可達 MR4.7 或 MR5.0 水平。更值得一提的是該款試劑盒在 2017 年 12 月份獲得了 CE-IVD 認證，這也是第一個在歐洲獲批的、針對血液樣本的BCR-ABL 定量檢測試劑盒
如何利用該試劑盒進行 BCR-ABL %IS 水平檢測呢？
該試劑盒中除了反轉錄需要的試劑、引物、ddPCR 過程中需要引物探針外，還內(nèi)置一系列 Control 及 Calibration 樣本，確保檢測結果的有效性、準確性。
Controls：
高水平陽性對照 -MR0.3-MR1.0 (10%-50%IS)
低水平陽性對照 -MR3.0-MR5.0 (0.001-0.1%IS)
陰性對照 -< MR5.3 (0.0007%IS)
Calibrations：~0.1%IS 和 ~10%IS
