Applied Biosystems MicroAmp系列Individual MicroAmp Reaction Tube，實時熒光定量PCR反應單管，適用于樣品數量不多的小型實驗使用。
MicroAmp反應管經優化設計，可與可與Applied Biosystems qPCR儀反應模塊達到最佳匹配。
塑料厚度均勻一致，熱循環過程中加熱與冷卻過程均一，確保結果精確穩定。
光滑的內壁和圓錐形底部設計，確保擴增樣品的最大回收利用。
MicroAmp實時定量PCR單管分為0.1mL、0.2mL兩款。
1、0.2mL PCR單管
單個MicroAmp 0.2mL熒光定量PCR反應管，無蓋。需與PCR管8聯（4323032）或12聯光學透明平蓋聯合使用，以確保反應體系的嚴密密封。
適用于配置96×0.2mL反應模塊的實時熒光定量PCR儀，即：
1）AB QuantStudio系列QuantStudio 1、QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro、QuantStudio 6 Flex、QuantStudio 7 pro、QuantStudio 7 Flex和QuantStudio 12 Flex；
2）AB 7000系列的7300、7500和7900HT；
3）AB ViiA7。
PCR單管密封操作所需的輔助工具和操作方法，見《9700 PCR儀反應管支架》、《PCR儀啟動工具套件》。
2、帶蓋0.1mL快速PCR單管
MicroAmp Fast Reaction Tube with Flat Cap，即管甚連帶光學透明平蓋的0.1mL單個快速PCR單管，密封良好，易于打開和關閉。
與快速熱循環儀反應模塊配合，最大限度地提高導熱率，并提供對循環溫度的精確控制。
當用于MicroAmp 96-Well Tray for Veriflex Blocks模塊時，需要與96×0.1mL PCR管固定托盤(4379983)配合使用進行PCR上樣（4379983），以確保樣品熱導均勻和控溫精確。
適用于配置96×0.1mL快速反應模塊的實時熒光定量PCR儀，包括：
1）AB QuantStudio系列QuantStudio 3、QuantStudio 5、QuantStudio 6 Pro、QuantStudio 6 Flex、QuantStudio 7 pro、QuantStudio 7 Flex和QuantStudio 12 Flex；
2）AB 7000系列的7500 Fast和7900HT Fast；
3）AB ViiA 7
